As the temperature warms up and the local lights come out, there’s no denying that the Christmas spirit is in the air. Whether you’re hosting a festive gathering or enjoying a night in with friends, we have the perfect cocktails to make your celebrations merry and bright.

Known for its elegance and versatility, the martini becomes even more enchanting when infused with the flavours of Christmas. Here’s a few festive creations that the bar team have created for you to enjoy. Even better, come on down to the Club for Happy Hour and enjoy in person.

‘THE REINDEER’ Milo Martini

The magic of Christmas in a glass. This delicious creamy martini conjures up a wonderland of flavours. You’ll be sure to be on Santa’s good list making up this delicious cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 15ml white creme de cacao
  • 15ml vanilla vodka
  • 15ml Frangelico
  • 15ml Baileys
  • 15ml condensed milk
  • 45ml milk
  • 1tsp Milo

Method:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish by sprinkling Milo over the top and arranging two half-chocolate pretzels over the edge of the glass to resemble antlers.

‘POLAR ESPRESSO’ White Choc Espresso Martini

Our take on the classic espresso martini. This delicious blend has been a popular twist on one of our most famous cocktails at the Club.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml espresso
  • 30ml tia maria
  • 15ml white creme de cacao
  • 15ml vanilla vodka
  • 15ml condensed milk
  • 45ml milk

Method:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into a coupee glass. Garnish with three coffee beans in the centre.

TURKISH DELIGHT COCKTAIL

This is a star in our Christmas cocktail selection. Make it part of your festive celebrations to begin a party.

Ingredients:

  • 15ml egg white
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 15ml hazelnut syrup
  • 30ml Parfait Amour
  • 30ml White Creme de Cacao
  • 45ml cranberry juice

Method:
Dry shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice to the shaker and shake again till cold. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice.
